- Students learn Reiki history, energy healing principles, basic hand positions, self-treatment, and how to give treatment to others.
- Reiki level 1 focuses on physical body's energy systems, identifying imbalances, and working with energy in the body.
- Completing Reiki level 1 is a prerequisite for advancing to higher levels and pursuing a career in energy healing.
Reiki Level II
- Reiki level II builds upon the knowledge and skills gained in level I. It expands upon the basic techniques, principles of Reiki and introduces new tools and techniques for healing.
- Students learn how to use symbols and mantras to enhance their Reiki practice. They also learn how to how to work with emotional and mental imbalances.
- Reiki level II is often referred to as the mental and emotional level, as it focuses on healing the mind and emotions. It provides practitioners with a deeper understanding of the connection between mind, body, and spirit.
- Upon completion of Reiki level II, students are able to work with a wider range of clients
Reiki Level III
- Reiki level III, also known as the Master level
- During a Reiki level III, students learn advanced techniques for healing, how to work with the aura and chakras.
- Reiki level III is often referred to as the spiritual level, as it focuses on the spiritual aspects of Reiki and emphasizes the connection between the practitioner and the divine. It provides practitioners with a deeper understanding of the spiritual dimensions of healing.
- Upon completion of Reiki level III, students are considered to be Reiki Masters.
